One of our larger projects featured a LED video wall spanning the entire booth width of 10.5m with a pixel pitch of 2.6mm.
This pixel pitch selection was critical as the LED wall was intended for product videos and press conferences. Consequently, the customer prioritized bright imagery, high contrast, and optimal viewing angles to ensure visitors and the press received vibrant, high-quality visuals.
Event Technology for Superior Standards
For superior product presentation, conference equipment was rented to meet rigorous demands. The Dataton Watchout 6 system took center stage in production, seamlessly integrating presentations, live camera feeds, and video spots.
To illuminate distinct product zones at the trade fair booth, JB-Lighting Varyscan P7 LED moving heads were managed via a GrandMA Micro Hybrid console. Samsung displays in 32“, 40“, and 55“ sizes showcased promotional videos, enhancing the overall booth presentation.
The Automechanika Fair’s Opening Event
A press conference was held at our booth for contract signings during the Automechanika fair’s opening ceremony, and we were there!
To meet event requirements, conference technology from Panasonic, Sony, and Beyerdynamic was deployed. Speakers were live-streamed to the LED wall using two Sony HXC-100 cameras. A dedicated camera operator ensured seamless blending of video and live feeds. Intercom systems facilitated communication between production teams, cameramen, and clients.
Suitable LED Video Walls
Hall 4 of the Frankfurt Trade Fair hosted a large-scale 7x4m LED wall with a 2.6mm pixel pitch, impressing visitors with its sheer size. It’s worth noting that such LED video walls continue to captivate audiences due to their expansive dimensions. A 4k feed ensured superior image quality for an impressive large-scale display.
Smaller Displays Making an Impact
Strategically placed displays offer distinct advantages. For instance, an 80“ display served as a central meeting point for one of our Dutch clients, showcasing their latest products—a true standout feature. To accommodate English-speaking visitors and ensure comprehension of video content, a tour guide system was provided. Such conference technology is essential for international events.

Simultaneous multilingual translation expands the audience’s reach, engaging more attendees and fostering enthusiasm for your products. Demonstrating the combination of product presentation with advanced technology was another booth highlight. Various exhibits were strategically placed on pedestals. Positioned in front of and behind transparent OLED displays, they are seamlessly integrated into a multimedia presentation.
