In December 2016, ESE organized a prestigious food industry congress, an annual event held on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany, hosted that year in the vibrant city of Hamburg.

ESE played a crucial role by providing comprehensive event and conference equipment in Hamburg. The main focus was on powerful visual presentations displayed on multiple LCD screens. We also supplied sophisticated discussion tools and a flexible rental interpretation system, enabling engaging multilingual discussions among 350 participants.

Our team set up a large 14x4m screen for content projection and used high-quality Panasonic projectors and Samsung 55″ screens for clear visuals. Professional cameras were used to capture the lively debates.

In addition to visual aids, our conference equipment in Hamburg included computers, printers, and photocopiers set up in temporary offices at the event venue. Moreover, we established a tech-equipped cyber café for attendees to access additional resources.
